Facebook Hacks

1. Scammer selects target

2. Scammer clones account – uses FB profile of target

3. Some how scammer has friend list. Maybe the target clicked on a dodgy link and it scraped his friend list or his friends are public.

4. Scammer then sends friend request to scraped friend list.

5. Friends see friend request from target and accept new scam friend request

6. Target then receives targeted scam eventually asking for money 💰
